is an award-winning editor, producer and graphic designer. He has 25
years of experience with national broadcast TV stations in the
U.S., as well as with numerous corporations and with such
far-flung organizations as Internews Kazakhstan and the Zapatista
Liberation Army.

Laurie has written and produced in-depth reports
for CBS, NBC, and PBS affiliates for the past 17 years.
Her documentary work has taken her around the world and has
appeared on the Discovery Network, MSNBC, National Public Radio, and
other broadcast and cable outlets. Awards include UPI, AP, AFTRA,
Emmy, and CEN. She’s
also been a steelworker and a bus driver.

As
a producer/director/editor, Lu has made documentaries and
informational videos for clients as diverse as a public school
system, a Salvadoran solidarity group, a women’s shelter, and a
police department. Her work has been shown across the country and
has received numerous awards. Previous careers include teaching English in Japan and
Greece, computer systems analysis, and degrees in classics,
linguistics, and journalism.
